Error converting csv to pdf

We just upgraded from GroupDocs 21 to 23 and we have this new error while trying to convert a csv to pdf:

Any idea what it might be?

It also fails on xlsx files so we assume it’s a spreadsheet conversion problem.

Could you please share a problematic CSV? We’ll look into this scenario at our end.

Yes, we believe any spreadsheet is causing the issue.
How can we submit the file to you? We cannot upload a csv or xlsx here.

Please compress the source file to a ZIP format and then upload here.
Moreover, please share your development environment details and the conversion code.

We don’t want to share the code publicly. Is there a way to share it privately?
