After looking into the code I can see that GroupDocs.Viewer is being used in a number of places so migration to the latest version is not an option here.

Let’s try disabling FIPS in case you haven’t disabled it yet. Can you check if FIPS is disabled on your system?

Let’s try reproducing the issue with the sample web-application ViewerWebApp.zip (124.1 KB) out your side. Can you try running the app and check if it fails?

There is problem on specific document. we can view the same size or page document without error.
