My client tried to view my demo doc and this is what he could see on his iPAd.

We are sorry to hear that you have such issue. From the screenshot you provided we can see that the issue is on server side, so maybe something wrong with your web project (website). Could you please provide more information about the issue? Maybe you can share with us a link to your web site with Viewer demo that we can check if it works in the web browser on the PC?
Also it may be helpful if you could share your demo project (or embedding code) with us - in that case we can review it and find out if there are any issues and help you to resolve them.
