I’m getting an error when opening documents in viewer. This was working perfectly, now I get an error message when a request is sent to view any document in our API installation.

Thank you for sharing the URL. We have checked it and found out that you have a wrong URL, you should remove “{}” this symbols from the URL.
For example for this document correct URL will be: https://apps.groupdocs.com/document-viewer/embed/ea3e91bf5b7298c55f3f7763269817d2b6f08f08f573f1f472dc9b5a859a54a4?signature=%2B81s1l6QTH%2FbzBzuTXhsob5xz3E

The brackets have always been in the URL and it used to work fine that way. I have removed the brackets {} from the URL and I’m not getting that first groupdocs error screen anymore but I’m still getting the startxref error and an error that says no more disk space. I need this resolved. We have not changed anything about our code here in a very long time and all of a sudden we’re having problems.
