We have prepared an example that we need to solve.
We do not understand why this first url doesn’t work (is it taking the custominputdatahandler??) and this one with viewer works
Are we doing something wrong with the configuration??

Hello,
We have tested your project and have managed to reproduce the same issue with CustomInputDataHandler at our side. We have logged this problem in our issue tracking system as ANNOTATIONJAVA-815. This issue was resolved already in our new version that will be released very soon. We have linked this forum thread to the same issue and you will be notified via this forum thread when new version of the GroupDocs.Annotation for Java will be released .
As workaround you can try to use our GroupDocs.Annotation for Java 1.8.2 version
