Export document to word creates multiple comments

I am exporting annotated document to word. It successfully exported but the exported document generated empty comments in addition to the actual comment.

Can you confirm if this will be fixed on your next release?

Thank you for your inquiry.

This issue is logged in our issue tracking system and its id is “ANNOTATIONNET-473” and its current status is unresolved. There is no such ETA available regarding this issue resolution. GroupDocs.Annotation for .NET API v17.7.0 release is recently announced therefore we hope that this issue will be resolved in upcoming release. however once there is any update available regrading this issue, we will inform you here.

Currently product team is working on this issue including other new features also, therefore we are not 100% sure about ETA of this fix, However we are in contact with product team for the resolution of this issue. Once we have any update , we will notify you here.

I am a colleague of Massi’s and I would like to thank you for your on-going help with this issue. I would also like to let you know that we are closing out our sprint on 8/25 and this fix would go a long way in helping us with an important customer escalation that we have to deliver resolution to by 9/1. I can understand your position therefor i have escalated your concerns and needs with product team and currently product team is working on many other different issues and features for new release, which will be available somewhere end of current month, Therefore its little difficult for us to confirm you issue resolution time, however we are in contact with product team for this issue.
