Export names of people who have signed forms?

Hi


I am using GroupDocs Signature Forms for various people to sign quite a lot of different documents and am looking for a way to export the names of people who have signed each form but can’t seem to spot such an option.

I can see people who have signed it by clicking on the Participants info against each form but can’t then see a way to export all the people, other than manually copy/pasting.

Am I missing something or is this simply not possible?

Thank you for your request.

Yes, you can get all participants from signed form if you will use GetSignatureFormParticipants API method. Please check our documentations for how to use it for all our SDK's here .
Also you can test this method here.

Thanks for the information.

I’m a little surprised this has to be something separately coded, surely GroupDocs must expect people to be wanting to export information quickly and easily from within the dashboard?

A shame as otherwise its a great system but anyway if thats the only way for now I guess I’ll have to code it up.

We are very sorry, but at this moment we haven't this feature for our dashboard . Could you please specify how you see this feature in the dashboard. There should be a button that can export all participants from form and then save them in the file or something else.

We will add it to our road map for features implementation. Unfortunately we can't share any date when it will be done.

I was thinking when you click on Participants signed, it pops up all the people who have signed, perhaps next to the Cancel button you could add an export button which sends their name to a csv file.

That would be very handy.

Hope something like this could be added in the future.

Thank you for the specification.

We have created a ticket (CORE-2158) for this feature and attached it to this thread. Our product team has no plans to update the dashboard in the near future, but when this feature will be implemented you will be notified in this thread automatically.

At this moment we can suggest you to use our API methods for it and if you will need any help with coding, then please feel free to contact us .
