Hi,
Exporting a word document (docx) containing annotations (Doc with comments) seems not to work. A word file is correctly generated, but no annotations are in it. Same for “Doc with changed track”.
I have tried with your standard java webapp example and I have the same behavior. Is this supposed to work ? Am I missing something obvious ?

Thank you for your inquiry.
We have tested the scenario and have managed to reproduce the same issue at our side , also we have logged this problem in our issue tracking system. At the moment our product team works on preparing the next generation of the GroupDocs.Annotation for Java library and the issue should be fixed in it. Please stay tuned and we will notify you when the release will be available.
As temporary solution I can propose you to use export to .pdf file, if it possible for for your use case .
