Facing below issues in windows

Facing these issues in windows reading via nvda. Can you please confirm if the below issues are valid?

3 Ensuring tables are read correctly from the PDF using screen reader
4 Ensuring lists and nested lists are read correctly
5 Ensuring signature section is correctly labelled and read
6 Ensuring logical reading order (header/body/footer). Left to Right and Top to bottom
7 Missing Document Title (Expected behavior:

Add accessibility markup on the PDF for the Document title)
8 Alternate Text/Figures alternate text. (Expected behavior:

Add accessibility markup on the PDF for the Alternate Text/Figures present in the document)

When downloading PDF files generated in Salesforce, the documents do not contain the necessary underlying structural tags to indicate headings, lists, tables and other information critical to assistive technology users.
11 Table headers lack markup when generating a PDF. The tables should be tagged correctly with table elements so they can be understood by a screen reader.
12 Set the Show option to ‘Document Title’ in the Initial Tab of the PDF Document properties. Client application summary PDF - Title not set to document title
13 No headings (h1 to h6) tags are not displayed in the pdf
14 Heading within the PDF table not accessible
15 Contents within the PDF table not accessible.
