I created a signature form with group docs and added it to my websitehttp://www.sarvercorp.com/sarver-corp-compliance-forms

It looks really nice but the issue I am having is once someone signs the form on my website their signed and completed copy takes over the blank copy that I need everyone to sign and therefore anyone who clicks on that page will see a completed PDF in place of the signed form.
How can I make it so people go to my website and unlimited people can sign the same blank document and have it email to me like it has been. I don’t want other employees to see other employees signed documents on my website.

Since that can you please provide more info about the use case and what exactly you do when you see signed by another user document.
