Its almost one week over, we didn’t get any response from your end.
The ticket VIEWERNODEJS-70 is waiting for the resolution of another internal issue. Once that issue is fixed, we will provide an update on the progress here.
Also you can obtain Paid Support Services if you need support on a priority basis, along with the direct access to our Paid Support management team.
Paid support can be considered if the Product is working well, right now the issue , some of the features are not working & we are expecting those to be sorted out.

The internal issue has been fixed. The ETA for VIEWERNODEJS-70 fix is February 2024.

The similar issue with rendering EPS to JPG exists in GroupDocs.Viewer for Cloud as well.
