I installed groupdock plugin successfully with plugin installation procedure provided by you in moodle 2.9 CMS.
After Installation I made changes in theme as per given in your document.
After installation when i adding GroupDock Block on moodle its showing error.

We are sorry to hear that you have error. Unfortunately our plugins doesn’t supports Moodle 2.9.
But since our plugins are open source solutions you can update it by your self.
Sorry but from your request is not clear which plugin you have installed and what error you have. Since that please provide more info about it. We need to know next:
1. Which GroupDocs plugin you have installed?
2. Which browser you use?
3. Error that you get (screenshot also will be helpful)
