GroupDocs.Conversion complains about Aspose DLLs

Hi, I installed GroupDocs.Conversion, version 21.8.0 through NuGet package in a .NET library project to try it out, it builds ok. This .NET library is referenced by a windows service and when it loads it complains about Aspose DLLs cannot be loaded.

Could you please advise what we need to do? We do use only the older version of Aspose.Words and Aspose.Cells in the system. Thanks - Jian

Are you referencing these APIs along-with GroupDocs.Conversion? Please specify Aspose APIs versions that you have in the application/system.
Could you please share a sample application using that issue could be reproduced or a screencast/video that shows how this could be reproduced? We’ll then assist you accordingly.

Hi @Atir_Tahir, thanks for replying! We have Aspose.Words version 20.1.0.0 and Aspose.Cells version 18.11.0.0, but that error says we need Aspose.Slides, Aspose.PDF, Aspose.Email etc. The question is that do we need to have all those products in order to have GroupDocs.Conversion working? Thanks!

No. You just have to add GroupDocs.Conversion reference in your project.
However, if you want to user both Aspose and GroupDocs APIs together and want to avoid any dependency issue, it is highly recommended that you must always use latest Aspose APIs (e.g. GroupDocs API version must be smaller than Aspose API version).
For further investigation, could you please share a simple application using that issue could be reproduced?
