Can you please share more details about the issue you’re facing with. What platform do you use and what version of the GroupDocs.Viewer? Please also share the sample application to reproduce the issue.
How do we know which version we are using. We recently renewal the subscription. Please guide us.
How do we find the version.
Secondly we do not share the code due to security reason. Please help us to resolve the issue.
Have you updated the license file *.lic file that you got after you renewed the subscription? Try searching for a *.lic file on a disk where the application is installed or in the source files of your application.
Yes m we have found the file but how do we come to know the version?
Have you replaced the old License file with the new one?
To find out the version you can try searching for GroupDocs.Viewer in the repository or try searching for GroupDocs.Viewer.dll and check the version in properties.
