GroupDocs seems to be slow

We noticed that Group
docs is slow today and it is sending the job status as postponed
instead of in progress. Was there any issue at GroupDocs side?

Thank you for this info. We have checked the job and found out next error:
System.Data.DuplicateNameException: A column named ‘loan.loan_term’ already belongs to this DataTable which is raised in Groupdocs.Assembly.QuestionnaireEngine.Merge so I guess it has to do with some settings you performed.
