I am testing GroupDocs.Viewer for 16.12.0 (DLLs only), my development environment is vs2012.NET

It seems that there is some issue with your NuGet Package Manager. Try to upgrade your NuGet in Visual Studio to the latest version and check if the issue is resolved. Furthermore, we have updated the examples and showcase projects to GroupDocs.Viewer for .NET 16.12.0 therefore, we recommend you to download the latest source code as well. We shall be looking forward to your feedback.
