GroupDocs Viewer not displaying documents


Is the GroupDocs Server down? The screen just says “Loading Content”, then goes blank

Hi Lee,

Thanks for getting in touch. Can you give me the username / email you used to register your account so that I can get the dev team to investigate?

Currently you're the only user to report this issue, and we've been unable to reproduce this with a new account

If there are any other details you can give us that may help us resolve this issue, I'd really appreciate it?
e.g. did you upload any files, do you see this issue on the dashboard or in another app (Viewer for example)
