Good day I am using 2.13 but the viewer does not display the .bmp attachments correctly

We are sorry to hear that you have such issue. Unfortunately from your post is not clear how to reproduce the issue. Since that could you please share with us file example which doesn’t displayed and code examples from the next files:
1. Globals.asax.cs
2. Viewer widget code from .aspx web page
3. beck-end code example of this aspx web page - aspx.cs file

Also will be helpful if you will share with us screenshot of the issue.
