Thanks for taking interest in GroupDocs.Viewer for .NET.
Please note that GroupDocs.Viewer for .NET (starting from v3.0.0) is a back-end API that does not come with a builtin front end UI or any control. You will have to create your own front end application to view the documents rendered by the API. Both of your above-mentioned requirements are not directly related to the back-end GroupDocs.Viewer API and are implementable at the level of front end application. Hence, its up-to you to implement only required features in your front end application.
Furthermore, if you are using any of our open source
Showcase applications then you can modify these applications and add/remove features as per your requirements.
