Handlers does not respond

Hello,

I'm trying GroupDocs.Annotation .NET library. First I launched it on Windows 7, IIS 7. Then I tried to transfer the same site to windows server 2012 R2, IIS 8 and I got some errors saying that GroupDocs handlers does not respond, e.g. "/document-viewer/GetScript?name=libs/jquery-1.9.1.min.js&_=1430727712450".

I can see these handlers under Handler Mappings tab in IIS 8 but for some reason they do not respond.

Is there some kind of incompatibility with windows server 2012 or IIS 8, or maybe I'm missing something ?

We are sorry to hear that you have such issue. We have tried to reproduce it but we can’t - all works fine for us with the server 2012 R2 and IIS8.5. Since that could you please share with us your web.config file that we can check it.

I just wanted to make sure that GroupDocs supports Windows Server 2012 and IIS 8. There was some incompatibility with our framework.
