Has the Annotation working logic changed in the current version?

Hello,

When using the Groupdocs.Annotation feature in version 18.7, we were saving the annotations in a separate table. That was your working logic. There was no change to the document.
When we upgrade to the current version, I see that it saves 21.2 annotations on the document.

I tested the current version by downloading the following project.

Is there an up-to-date structure that we can continue to use? We want to save the annotations in the tables without changing our working logic, but we want to use the current version.
