High RAM consumption issue during working with large text file in .NET

Hello again.

I try to render large text file https://easyupload.io/zlj947, please extract the archive) using GroupDocs.Viewers.Viewer for .NET version 20.0.3.0

After loading the text file into Viewer, RAM consumption increases dramatically up to 8 Gb and page rendering stage is not started after 25 minutes of file processing (I didn’t wait any further)

This issue is reproducible in example project that your developer has attached in a comment from topic Cancel Viewer document loading or rendering in .NET - #2 by atir.tahir

P.S.
Interesting fact: if I change the attached file extension from .TXT to .LOG,
the same file are getting rendered in a couple of seconds, consuming something around 1Gb of RAM in peak load, but .LOG file is rendered without pagination, unlike .txt files, which are split into pages.
