How to convert a document with Footnote page numbers in Java

groupdocs version: 18.7
os: Ubuntu 14.04.5 LTS

the attached document does not render the footnote numbers correctly. it will only render the first digit of the page number on all pages. this make it so page 10 looks like page 1.

it appears to happen when the footnote text size is bigger than the document text size.
