As per the sample application that you provided along with source and output files, license is properly applied and output has no evaluation mark.
Can you please tell when license file is not properly applied and when you get evaluation mark in the output files?

The output file you shared here quite a time ago had no evaluation mark.

There’s a screenshot of output file in the zip and it doesn’t have any evaluation mark either. Can you please share the resultant file with evaluation watermark? We already asked for this here. And in the response, you shared the output file and it was without any limitation/mark.
