How can I translate GroupDocs.Annotations to Brazilian Portuguese (pt-BR)? I want to translate all the texts: labels of buttons, tips, images, names of annotation types.

Thank you for your inquiry.
You can add your localisations via ILocalization interface . For how to use the interface please check this sample.
And then you should transmit this localisation to the AnnotationHandler class , as shown on a screenshot.
