How can I translate GroupDocs.Annotations to Brazilian Portuguese (pt-BR)? I want to translate all the texts: labels of buttons, tips, images, names of annotation types.

Thank you for your inquiry.
You can add your localisations via ILocalization interface. For how to use the interface please check this sample.
And then you should transmit this localisation to the AnnotationHandler class, as shown on a screenshot.
