I cant convert transparant fonts

I need help, I need to convert a xls file to a pdf file, but inside my xls, i have a format font that contain transparant font, I cant provide the xls file, here the pdfg and xls files. The credit text should be transparant. I really need the answer ASAP, so I can buy this api and I can use it in my office, thank u for ur attention
