I am currently exploring the possibility of using GroupDocs to replace our existing PrizmDoc document viewer. I noticed that, when viewing documents that have been processed through OCR (and therefore have an invisible layer of selectable text), that the text selection is incorrect. The text sections are ordered incorrectly, and there are random spaces inserted throughout the text when copied and pasted.
The attached images demonstrate how the document appears in both Adobe and in GroupDocs.

Are there any settings that I should try here? This would be a dealbreaker if it couldn’t be fixed.

Hi Adam,
It is very hard to say exactly what is wrong and how it can be fixed without having a sample file. Maybe this is a bug - cannot say. Please attach the problematic file so we can check it on our side. If it contains some sensitive data, you can send this file through developers@groupdocs.com

Thanks for the file, reproduced the issue on my side, exactly as on your screenshots. For me it seems like a bug, it usually should work well with default options. Logged this issue for our developers under the “VIEWERNET-5726” label, attached it to this forum thread. We’ll notify you if any news will appear.
