Hi, I’m just wondering if it is possible to have a user complete a questionnaire then once payment is completed the user then received the document in an email?

Thank you for your interest in GroupDocs. Yes you can send result document to the user via email. In case you use GroupDocs API you should set email of the recipient for the “MergeDatasource” method (last parameter). In case you use GroupDocs dashboard you should do that like shown on this screenshot http://prntscr.com/4j7cp9
