Thank you for the document example. I was able to reproduce the issue - it’s reason is in the document, with the example document I get the same error in my account. I have shared the document with our Product team for further investigation and resolving the issue.

Excellent I tried twice now and yes it now seems to be working correctly!
It is accepting that document and the email validation looks correct, very promising.
I will confirm this after more testing today.
