Just to clear and clarify one doubt. As we are still evaluating this product/feature and found bug in it. As you mentioned buying a paid support will help in prioritizing our issue and resolve faster. But do we need to buy the license as well for paid support? or only paid support will work?
We want to test fully before buying the License for this tool. So please confirm if we can only buy Paid support and validate if our issue is resolved without going for License at this stage.
