Issues in viewing in Safari mobile

Hi,

We’re using GroupDocs.Viewer-for-.NET-UI. We’re having issues when viewing the viewer in Safari Mobile (iPad and iPhone), it keeps on reloading, and then ended with error message “A problem repeatedly occured on ”.
We tested Safari Desktop (Windows and Mac), we don’t face any issue.
Please advise.

Unfortunately, I have failed to reproduce this issue on the iPad. The app works well and does not fail. I’m using Safari browser see IMG_0033.PNG.jpg (256.5 KB).

May you please build a sample web application to reproduce the issue. I’m using this
viewer-net-ui.zip (90.7 KB) application to reproduce the issue.

Hi Vladimir,

I upgraded to latest package version, and now can view. Not sure what was the actual cause but looking at the Developer Tools-Performance, earlier I saw a 200-300MB memory usage when viewing a small PNG file (2KB). After upgrade now I’m seeing 50-60MB memory usage.
