The link is what we use to view documents outing our own application. We use the url plus the guid. The issue does seem to be resolved now. A colleague contact you direct and there was some maintenance on the converting function?

No, there was no maintenance on the eu server today. In case it will happen again, please describe in details steps that cause the issue (including all necessary guids, links, etc.).
