While viewing a document, we want to (after zooming-in several times) be able to left mouse click, have a grab tool appear and be able to navigate the document. (up/down, side to side like in Adobe Acrobat).
Can the viewer be modified do this?

This features is not relevant to the back-end GroupDocs.Viewer for .NET API. Instead, it is implementable in the front end document viewer application that will be used to display the rendered document pages. Currently, this feature is not implemented in any of the open source Showcase applications. Therefore, we have logged your request in our GitHub issues as https://github.com/groupdocs-viewer/GroupDocs.Viewer-for-.NET-MVC-App/issues/24.
