Log-ion difficulties

Hi,

There seems to be an issue with our account. Today I tried to reset the password but got an error that had failed to reset.

Is this something that can be corrected?

Could you please specify, for which email you need to reset a password ? For ben.freed@desknetinc.com or for itinfo@desknetinc.com ?

There are no issues with the ben.freed account.

Hello,

Sorry, but our Product team can't find a user with itinfo@desknetinc.com email in our data base. Seems that the user doesn't exist. Please try to re-create the user with such email.
