Multi Choice Questions

Hi there,


I can figure out how to add text field questions, but not multiple choice. I want a series of questions to be answered, and predefined answers to be generated as a report.

The goal is for this to be a webform/questionnaire.

For example:

1. Do you use public WiFi (wireless internet)?<o:p></o:p>

a. Yes, when it’s FREE!

b. Yes, but only the paid kind.

c. No, I carry a personal hotspot (aka, MiFi).

d. No, I avoid WiFi all together.

Thank you for your inquiry.

If you want to add the multiple choice field ,then you should use "combo box" field. It will give you an opportunity to add your questions as items. In a result you will see all your questions in the assembly.
