Not able to view file except pdf, word document

Dear Team,

I am implementing GroupDocs Viewer in java. We are facing problem for previewing document, only previewing document like pdf, word, and txt. Please suggest us what we need to put.

  • Version of GroupDocs.Viewer for Java
  • Code you are using to render the document
  • Details in case you are getting any exception

Version for groupdocs 17.2 something
GroupDocs.Viewer for Java using Servlets API.
File is loading but no any preview available.

Thanks for providing the details. We are able to reproduce your reported issue for some file formats in GroupDocs.Viewer-for-Java-using-Servlets. However, This issue is fixed in our Modern UI front end. Please note that we are discontinuing the support of old front ends provided in Showcase section of GitHub repository. Therefore, we recommend you to migrate to the Modern UI front end. In case you would face any issue in the migration process, please feel free to contact us.

We have chosen to implement GroupDocs.Viewer-for-Java on our application over cloud. Is it sufficient to use “One Developer And One Deployment Location - Developer small business”.

In case of auto scaling process what will happen?

We wanted to deploy GroupDocs.Viewer Product Family for java plugin into HA mode which will run under auto scaling group which will

run in one location called London.

Currently we are considering to have one developer and one deployment location. So here wanted to know that what is

location stands for in your license pattern?

Please also let us know the best suitable license model after going through our use case.
