Concerting the attached DOCX to PDF results in the following error:
Object reference not set to an instance of an object.
We were using GroupDocs.Conversion 20.11.0 without any special options.

The file seems to work fine with GroupDocs.Viewer and HTML conversion.
This issue is reproduced at our end. Hence, it’s been logged in our internal issue tracking system with ID CONVERSIONNET-4317. You’ll be notified as there’s any update.

Thank you for notifying me regarding the bugfix.
I just tested it with the latest version and can confirm that the exception is gone.
However the table of contents is not rendered when converting the file to PDF.
Instead of the table of contents, there is only
No table of contents entries found.
