I am looking to find out an example of GroupDocs.Redact with Aspose.OCR (not cloud) to be able to redact my standalone as well as embedded images. I have downloaded the examples project from GitHub but these are incomplete ones.

Are you evaluating our .NET or Java back-end APIs? We have independent projects for GroupDocs.Redaction and Aspose.OCR. You can explore them and see how both APIs work. Do let us know in case of any issue (you can post Aspose.OCR related issues at Aspose forum).
However, when you integrate both APIs in a single application, make sure that Aspose.OCR API version is smaller than GroupDocs.Redaction API in order to avoid any conflict.
