Converting the attached HTML file to PDF takes quite some time and then results in a System.OutOfMemoryException.
GroupDocs.Conversoin 24.9 was used, just with PdfConvertOptions and no other options.
The test was done in a .Net Framework 4.7.2 console application. I can send you the project if needed.
