Output image file resolution is wrong

I have investigating your product - GroupDocs.Conversion for Java 1.3.0.


I try to convert TIFF, MSG, EML, JSP, DOC, DOCX, RTF, etc to PNG format. and I have set the customize width and height in output format. (2067 x 2924).

But the output image file resolution is wrong.

We have investigated the issue , but we can't reproduce it on our side . The width and height parameters are working well and the output documents have appropriate size (2067 x 2924). Could you please share with us example of your code which you use for setting the result image settings and example of output PNG file , that we can check it with exact the same code.

Please note: if you use resolution settings instead of width and height then these settings will rewrite the width and height - please ensure that you doesn't use resolution settings.
