I’ve had a great experience using the free support forum so far, but the paid support is a huge disappointment. With our current development license we have a quota of 6 paid support requests, but my question opened a week ago was still not answered (id 670254).
Upon asking if there is anyone working on my ticket, I also did not get a reply.
Is there something not working with paid support, or why do we not get any answers there?
I did get a reply from support now.
There was some notification issue which caused this problem. Hopefully, you’ll not face such issue in future.
