PDF Sticky Notes not displaying

If a PDF file contains a sticky note when viewing such file in the viewer component only a yellow icon appears without the ability to view the text contained in this sticky note as seen in attached image.


also the stamps loose their background colors.

Version Used gropdocs. viewer 2.12
Mode: HTML based engine

please advise regarding this issue.

We are sorry to hear that you have such issues. Sorry but our Viewer doesn’t supports annotations in the document. If you need to import document with annotations please use our Annotation library.

As for the background color - please try to use latest Viewer
