PDF Viewer - PDF file loading error or dependency?

Hi GroupDocs Support,

I am trying to load a PDF file as input document and viewing it as PDF using GroupDocs.Viewer for .NET. It gives an exception while executing the output file format which is most probably due to its dependency on other external software because the same code works perfectly for rest of the other file formats as supported by GroupDocs.Viewer.

The code and error message is shared below for your quick attention.

We couldn’t reproduce this issue using GroupDocs.Viewer version 20.11 or 20.12 and Aspose.PDF 20.12. Could you please specify the Viewer API release that you’re using? However, we’d recommend you to integrate latest version of the API and let us know if issue persists.
