Per sales question for GroupDocs.Viewer for .NET

I have a customer in Korea who is currently evaluating GroupDocs.Viewer for .NET and have sent a question about compile crror
Can you please confirm an attached image and following error message?

Error message: A build error has occurred. Do you run the last successful build?

Produce name: : GroupDocs.Viewer for .NET
Compile sample name: GroupDocs.Viewer.Examples.CSharp
OS: Windows10 64bit
Visual Studio version name: : VS Pro 2012

This is not a back-end API issue. Could you please get us a simple application using that issue could be reproduced at our end? It seems that the NuGet packages are not restored properly. There could be multiple reasons (e.g. Internet connectivity issue, update NuGet).

We couldn’t access the file. Could you please explicitly define FTP access (e.g. host, username and password)?

The PDF access does not need a username and password.
Can you please try to copy/past it on any browser?

I couldn’t upload it on this form because the size of sample file is 20MB around.

Please ask your customer to clone or download repository here, restore packages and rebuild. Let us know if they still face any issue.
