In my conversions, all files uploaded after 15:29 April 30 show “scheduled”, can’t be converted

Thanks for getting in touch,
Unfortunately it looks like some of the documents / images that you uploaded we were unable to convert and this locked your conversion queue, we’ve manually unlocked this so you should now be okay.
We’ll be rolling out a permanent fix for this locking issue towards the end of next week so that the queue will auto-reset after 15 mins if this happens to avoid long delays in conversions.
