1. Which GroupDocs plugin for Joomla you use - GroupDocs Viewer, GroupDocs Annotation
2. Which Joomla version you use
3. Which GroupDocs plugin version you use
4. Your PHP version
5. Your browser and it’s version
Also could you please describe what exactly you do after plugin installation so we will be able to reproduce the issue?
