Possible bugs in converting Excel to image

Hi guys,
I have 2 problems here:

  1. documentInfo.getPagesCount() returns 0 for all Excel files that I used as an input. Here’s some examples: inputs.7z (194.0 KB)
  2. I tried to convert file1.7z (189.9 KB)
    to a PNG using the standard code and I got this output: file1_output.7z (2.2 MB), the output is almost blank, so this is a big problem for me.

ENV: Windows 10 pro, JAVA 11 OpenJDK, GroupDocs.Conversion 21.10.1.

I need your help please ASAP.
