PPT to PDF conversion issue in .NET

Hi Team,

We are planning to buy GroupDocs converter to convert various extentions to pdf.
We have found 2 obstacles before moving ahead. Could you please help us by answering below questions:

1. Color of images are being changed for water marks/ header and footers. Is there a way to fix the issue and display them as visible in actual document?
Note: Screenshots, Sample and Converted documents attached.

2. When converted ppt to pdf border of table in a slide appeared in converted pdf document. Which is not visible in source ppt document. Is there a fix available for this?
Note: Screenshots, Sample and Converted documents attached.

PS: I have used above using trial version of groupdocs.

Looking forward for positive reply

Hi Prabhjot,

Thank you for giving a try to GroupDocs.conversion for .NET API.

We are sorry to hear that you are facing such issues. We have successfully reproduced these scenarios at our end, I am logging these scenarios on our issue tracking system for resolution. Once we get any update from product team regarding your issue we will update you here.

Thank you for your patience.

Warm Regards,

Hi Prabhjot,

Thank you for your patience.

We got response from product team regarding your issues. show grid lines issue is resolved and will be available in next upcoming release.

Regarding second issue we got response from product team, after investigation on it we found that this is actually not an issue. The real colors are black. It’s the MS
Word who makes them look gray. It applies some transparency over the
header and footer while you are not editing them. Probably to
distinguish the page content from the header/footer. If you double click
over the header or footer to edit, you will notice that the text become
black and the pictures color looks like into the converted document.

Warm Regards,

Have you try to test PPT files? Take those PowerPoint files and drag them throuh PPT to PDF converter. It might be the case that files are not with right extension and format.
