Previewer Fit to page setting is not accurate

We are using GroupDocs.Viewer to display a preview of a file. It appears the default setting is ‘Fit to Page’ however the full file (image or 8.5x11 document) is not visible in the window, the user needs to scroll a little to see the full file.
