Problem in Loading Documents using Java API Library (Linux Operating System)

I have problem when I loading the documents in my server . I am using Tomcat Apache over Linux .When I load document inside the folder I see the next error


java.io.FileNotFoundException: /home/administrator/Documents/docs/temp/YS5kb2N4\2\a_files\style.css (No such file or directory)
java.io.FileNotFoundException:
/home/administrator/Documents/docs/temp/YS5kb2N4/1/1/a_files/img_01.svg(No such file or directory)
After the investigation , I checked that the temp directory with another name
for example

I saw

/home/administrator/Documents/docs/temp/YS5kb2N4\2\a_files\style.css
In

/home/administrator/Documents/docs/temp/YS5kb2N4\2/a_files/style.css
